This entry to ensure that we didn't skip or miss anything during the preparation process. Hope this checklist help us a lot.

2 . Kursus Kahwin & Legal Docs :- 17 & 18 April 2010
- Kursus Kawin Done, certificate on 22 April 2010

- Surat Akuan Bujang. Done

- HIV Test for both. Done

3 . Venue :-
a) Nikah - Masjid near Bride's house

c) Reception (L) - Bridegroom's house

4. Theme
a) Engagement - Creme & Blue
b) Nikah - White & Black
c) Reception (P) - Light Blue, Black & White
d) Reception (L) -Cranberry, silver & white

5 . Catering & Canopy
a) Reception (P)

- Will be provided by the bride's official boutique for 30 people. The concept hv not been discussed yet.

- The concept have been discuss with the WP. Would like scallops with black n blue. The position of the table hv been discussed but the concept of table setting hv not been discussed well. Need to confirm back with WP.

b) Reception (L)

- Done the booking for canopy and catering.

6 . Pelamin & Decor
a) Reception (P)

- Will be done by bride's official boutique. Will using fresh flowers + artificial flower. The concept hv not been discussed yet.

- requesting bird cage as part of the pelamin. But need to confirmed back with WP.

b) Reception (L) - no pelamin 4 groom's side.

7 . Photographer
a) Reception (P)

- booked with Nasirzin. Will cover akad nikah, bersanding n bertandang.

8 . Videographer

9 . Studio Photoshoot
- to confirm date with the phographer. (Date to take the original receipt, pay the deposit n planning for the concept.) -> confirm
- Fitting date on 20 March 2010 and photo shoot on 10 April 2010. Make 2nd payment during fitting and complete payment during photo shoot session.

- Done fitting for 5 gowns and paid the 2nd deposit.

- Done the photography session. On 24 April 2010, to select picture for album.

- Album done on October 2010.

10. Wedding Outfit
a) Engagement - Had sent to the tailor. Will wearing tradisional kebaya. Done.
b) Nikah - Bought at Jakel. Will decide the tailor later.
c) Reception (P) - discuss with Zam n found out the latest outfit done by the boutique n will wearing the new baju design by them.
d) Reception (L) - discuss with kak yana the design n color of the outfit n wait for fitting session to see the outcome.

11. Makeup
a) Engagement - The bride-to-be friend, wahyde will be her mak andam.
b) Nikah - Makeup by bride's official boutique.
c) Reception (P) - Makeup by bride's official boutique.
d) Reception (L) - Makeup by groom's official boutique.

12. Favors / Doorgift / Goodies Bag

- Start doing doorgift by putting ribbons on the box. 50% Done.

- Bought the paper bag at nilai, follow the bride's wedding theme.

13. Bunga Pahar
a) Reception (P)

- Will do dip flower

- start doing the kelopak bunga. Done for silver dawai. Have to bought blue color dawai n start dipping the bunga.
b) Reception (L) -

14. Hantaran
a) Engagement - for him -> 3 of 5. Just left cake platform and fruits basket. On 30th April 2010 - all the hantaran thingy done.
for her -> done by his mom n family.
b) Wedding - for him -> set penjagaan diri + perfume, Cermin Mata, Kasut, Sepasang Baju Melayu
for her -> set penjagaan diri, Kasut, Kain

15. Hantaran Deco
a) Engagement - for him -> bought and DIY by the bride.
for her -> bought and will do by his mother.
b) Wedding - for him

16. Rings
a) engagement - Done

c) her - Done including mas kawin.

17. Invitation Cards
- Designing the front page of the card. Need to complete the design b4 send to print.

18. Cake
a) Reception (P) - Provided by bride's official boutique - 3 tier cake.

- Bride's Mom request the white cake with blue flower.
b) Reception (L) -

19. Tok Kadi etc

- fill in the form, find the saksi 4 both side. Only counting days to send to pejabat agama.

- Saksi for groom's side - done. Saksi for bride's side, only left 1. Waiting for groom's to get the permission to marriage outside of his place.

20. Handbouquet
a) Nikah - Pomander ball. Will decide later whether to buy or DIY.
b) Reception (P) - Provided by bride's official boutique (fresh flower).
c) Reception (L) - Provided by groom's official boutique (artificial flower but can request for fresh flower)

21. Guest List

22. Ceremony / Entertainment / Kompang
a) Reception (P)

- Hv book PA from bride's official boutique. Need to find suitable song to be play on the wedding day.

23. Pengapit
a) for him - his close friends.
b) for her - her sister will be the bridesmaid. No yet planning 4 de bridesmaid's thingy.

- bridemaids change to bride's close friends - bahau. Will talk to her later bout the things she need.

24. Dresses for family
a) his family
b) her family - bought at Jakel. Will send to the tailor later.

25. Heels/Shoes
a) Engagement - For bride - Done.
b) Nikah - For bride - Done, for groom - Done
c) Reception (P) - Provided by bride's official boutique.
d) Reception (L) - Provided by groom's official boutique.

26. Others
- Tudung nikah done. Ordered at DyaDesigns.
- Spare shoes (silver) for wedding.

27. Wedding Props
- Bunga manggar for bride's reception will be DIY.

- Payung, alas bantal, pintu gerbang. Done.

28. Spa treatment / Massage / Facial
- Bought at Aster Spring. 3 package - rejuvenate, anti-stress and body glowing. All for bride.
